Cucumber thalipeeth


Ingredients:
1) Grated cucumer (medium to large)-1 no
2) Wholewheat flour (atta)-2 heaped tbsp
3) Carom seeds (ajwain)-1/2 tsp
4) Chopped fresh coriander-1 tbsp
5) Chopped green chilly-1
6)Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
7) Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
8) Oil-1tsp
9) lime juice-1tsp
10) salt to taste
Method:
1)Mix all the above ingredients.
2) spread a little oil on a non-stick pan
3)On this non- stick pan spread(gas not turned on) the above batter with a ladle. The batter should be a 1/2 cm thick layer.
4)turn on the heat and let it cook for 7-8 min on medium heat. Pour little oil on the sides while it cooks
5)Turn it over and cook the other side till golden brown
