Sauted sprouted moong


For this recipe you need:
1)sprouted moong-2 cups
2)Capsicum-finely chopped -1
3)Green chilly -finely chopped -1/2
4)Salt and black pepper powder-acc to taste. (Can add red chilly powder too)
5)Lime juice-1/2 tsp
6)Mustard seeds -1 tsp
7)2 tsp oil
Method:
1)Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.After they splutter, add capsicum and green chilly and saute for 30 sec.
2)Add moong, salt ,red chilly powder and saute for 2/3 min
3)Add black pepper powder and lime juice and saute for 10/15 sec.
Variation:Can add coloured bell peppers (while you saute) or /and chopped tomato (while serving)
