Paneer in brown gravy

Ingredients:
1)2 onions chopped lengthwise and deep fried till golden brown.Grind to paste adding some water.
2)ginger garlic paste-2tsp
3)7/8 cashewnuts made into paste adding little water
4)garam masala-1tsp
5)jeera and dhaniya powder - 1tsp each
6)kasuri methi
7)salt and red chilly powder to taste
8)Paneer cubes -1/2 cup
9)Chopped veggies of your choice -capsicum,red bell peppers,onion etc
10)Jeera and chopped green chilly.
Method:
1)Heat oil add 1/2 tsp jeera and green chilly.
2)Add ginger garlic paste, garam masala all the veggies and stir.
3)Add cashew paste,kasuri methi,jeera-dhaniya powders,red chilly powder and salt.
4)Add paste of fried onions and add little water and cook for 2/3 min
5)Add paneer and cook for few min till done.
