Paneer in Yellow Gravy

Ingredients:
1)Paneer cubes-1cup
2)Dry ginger(Saunth) powder-1tsp
3)Green and Black cardamoms-2 each (Outer skin removed and powdered)
4)Saunf coarsely powdered-1/2 tsp
5)Turmeric-1/2tsp
6)Garam masala-1tap
7)Black pepper powder-1/2tsp
8)Tejpatta(batleaf)-2
9)Milk-1/2cup
10)Fresh cream-1/2cup
11)Cashew paste -2tbsp (optional)
Method:
1)Deep fry paneer cubes and put them in a pan of 3cups boiling water
2)Add all of masalas to above and simmer for few min
3)Add milk and simmer.Then add cashew paste and then cream and cook for few min.
4)Pour 1tbsp of hot oil in above and cook till gravy thickens.
