Whole wheat pav


Ingredients:
1) 3 cups whole wheat flour
2)1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
3)1/4 cup honey
4)1 cup warm water 110 degree F
5)1-1/4 tsp salt
6)1/4 cup vegetable oil
7)8 grams=2-1/4 tsp dry yeast
8)1/2 tsp sugar
9)1/3 cup milk
Method:
1)Activation of yeast is the most imp step. Take 2tbsp water (from 1cup meant for recipe) and add 1/2 tsp sugar .Microwave exactly 10 sec. Immediately add 1/2 tsp yeast. Keep this mix aside for 5 min.If bubbles appear then it is good (yeast is active)to use, else throw it away and repeat the process.Temp of water should be around 110 degree F.
2)Mix remaining water and yeast , to this add honey ,oil, milk and salt.
3)Mix bubbling yeast mix with above mix.
4)Add flour slowly to this liquid mixture.
5)keep kneading for 10 min
6)cover and let it stay for 1 hour
7)make small balls and flatten them a little. Let these rise for 1 hour
8)Bake the pavs at 350 degree F or 180 deg C for 25 min or till done
