Leftover/Stale roti snack

Ingredients:
1) Rotis -shredded/cut into reallysmall pieces.
2)Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
3)Chopped medium size onion-1
4)Turmeric and red chilly powder -1/2 tsp each
5)sugar-1/2 tsp
6)lime juice-1 tsp
7)Chopped coriander and salt
oil for cooking
Method:
1)Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and after they splutter add turmeric and red chilly pwd.
2)Add onion and saute for 1or 2 min
3)Add green chilly.Add roti and saute for a while
4)Add salt,sugar and lime juice .Add coriander.cover and cook for 2 min
