Paneer in red gravy..tasty and easy

Ingredients:
1)Cashew nuts -1/3 cup
2)Melon seeds(magaj)-1/3 cup (optional)
3)Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tsp
4)Tomatoes pureed -3 no
5)Kasuri methi crushed(do not skip)-1 1/2 tsp
6)Bay leaves-3
7)turmeric -1/2 tsp
8)sugar-1/2 tsp
9)Paneer cubes- 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Method:
1)Boil cashew nuts and melon seeds for 5 min and grind into paste adding water.
2)Heat oil in a pan and add bay leasves and then ginger garlic paste.
3)Add turmeric,red chilly powder,cashew paste,tomato puree and simmer for 3/4 min
4)Add paneer, kasuri methi ,salt and sugar.Cook till paneer is done.
